You are solely responsible for providing the correct Player ID, Zone/Server ID, and account region when placing your order. Once an order is processed and the in-game currency has been delivered to the ID you provided, we cannot reverse, refund, or transfer the delivery to a different account — even if the ID was entered incorrectly.
We strongly recommend you double-check your Player ID by using our "Check ID" feature, which shows you the in-game nickname before confirming payment. If the nickname displayed doesn't match the account you intend to top up, do NOT proceed with payment.
Most orders are delivered within 30 seconds to 5 minutes after we receive your payment. During high-traffic periods, scheduled maintenance from the game publisher, or temporary outages from our supplier partners, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If your top up has not been delivered after 24 hours, please contact us on Telegram with your order reference (e.g. TK-20260515-XXXXX) and we will investigate immediately.

The only information we need to process your order is your Player ID and Zone/Server ID, which are public identifiers used to send currency to your account. Anyone asking you for the above credentials in our name is a scammer — please report them to us immediately.
All payments are processed via KHQR (Cambodia's national QR payment standard) through licensed banking partners including ABA Bank, Wing Bank, ACLEDA Bank, and other Bakong-compatible institutions. Once a payment is confirmed by the bank, the order enters our delivery queue.
Prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank app will display the equivalent amount in Khmer Riel (KHR) at the current exchange rate before you confirm payment.
We reserve the right to flag and review orders that appear suspicious, including (but not limited to): mismatched payment amounts, payments from accounts with disputed transaction history, and orders to Player IDs previously involved in fraud cases.
We strive for 99%+ uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

NaNaTopUp.com is not affiliated with Moonton, Garena, Tencent, Roblox Corp, or any other game publisher. We are a third-party reseller that facilitates the purchase of in-game currency on your behalf.
Our liability for any failed transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as missed game events, lost rank progression, or any consequential loss resulting from delayed or failed delivery.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently changed. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will announce in advance on our Telegram channel.
